Woman shouting ‘Allahu akhbar’ stabs 2 in France supermarket

A woman allegedly shouted'Allahu akbar before she stabbed two people with a box cutter in a supermarket in La Seyne-sur Merm southern France on Sunday

A woman, shouting "Allahu akbar", attacked and injured two people with a cutter on Sunday in France's Var department, media reports said.

A customer sustained a chest injury and was hospitalized, while a woman at the market's cash register sustained a less severe injury.

A cashier was also injured but hurt less seriously, French radio station Europe 1 reported. Police were searching her home.
