Egypt says 10 killed in attack outside Cairo church

At least nine people are dead after two gunmen attacked the Mari Mina Church in Egypt's capital on Friday, authorities said.

Including the dead attacker, at least three people were involved in the terrorist squad. Al Arabiya TV channel reported that one of the accomplices of the terrorists fled the scene.

A video circulated on social media after the attack appeared to show the dead gunman on the ground. Authorities closed off the area around the church.

Congealing blood could be seen at a guard post in front of the church.
